Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Liquorice and resinous pine nose with fresh coriander and cassia.

Taste:

Initially slightly sweet palate with the juniper rightly to the fore supported by citrus and the distinctive Parma Violets, earth and cold stewed tea notes of orris. Cracked black pepper builds to counter any initial sweetness.

Aftertaste:

Somewhat bitter, lingering liquorice and juniper flavours with cracked black pepper reaching a crescendo.
