Appearance:
Opaque white, milky (thin, not creamy).
Aroma:
Lactic, pineapple and coconut.
Taste:
Semi-sweet, creamy mouth feel. Strong, confectioner's pineapple and coconut flavours with acidic spirit bite.
Aftertaste:
Desiccated coconut with lingering pineapple creaminess. (Far from diabolical but please don't be so lazy and make a fresh one.)
