Appearance:
Opaque, brown-almost black with huge off-white head with fades to creamy layer of foam leaving virtually no lacing.
Aroma:
Wine-like, almost fortified wine nose with whiffs of raisons, prunes and bloody roast beefy malt with light hop herbal influence.
Taste:
Huge, alcohol charged bloody roast beef palate with herbal rosemary hop dressing.
Aftertaste:
Fortified, red wine-like finish.
