This Icelandic ale is brewed using traditional Belgium witbier techniques, including flavour with coriander and orange peel.

Appearance:

Hazy, pale straw yellow with long lasting medium white head leaving light lacing.

Aroma:

Slightly floral, grassy nose with a slight whiff of old lady’s perfume/soap and ripe strawberry fruit.

Taste:

Coriander herbal notes and zesty orange are very apparent on the light palate which has a delicate floral rose petal flavour.

Aftertaste:

Coriander lingers on the mellow, strangely soapy yet pleasant finish.
