Review and Tasting

Sampled on 29/01/2012

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber with a medium head with subsides to leave a thin but lasting layer of off white foam. Little/no lacing.

Aroma:

French baguette, both soft doughy centre and crust, bready malty nose.

Taste:

Light bodied but flavoursome palate continues the French stick theme but with a hint of metallic hop flavours.

Aftertaste:

Light, delicately malty finish.
