Appearance:

Cloudy, coppery amber with moderately retentive off-white head and good lacing.

Aroma:

Floral and piney hops, stewed apple, dried apricot, orange marmalade and overripe banana with bready malt.

Taste:

Zeasty bready malt with overripe banana, fairly bitter pine and grapefruit hops, but not overly hoped.

Aftertaste:

Bready with lingering slightly bitter pink grapefruit, pine and hop spice.
