Appearance:
Clear, very pale straw yellow.
Aroma:
Subdued nose, confected banana with obvious alcohol tingle.
Taste:
Balanced palate, yet still subdued, with more confected banana.
Aftertaste:
Faint, ripe banana and faint spice.
