Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Peppery spice (Grains of Paradise use suspected) with earthy angelica and candied ginger, lemon and sage notes from the coriander.

Taste:

Dry, spicy (enliveningly so) juniper led with pleasant, but subtle, parma violet notes - we suspect from Orris Root.

Aftertaste:

Pleasing, peppery spice and pine juniper.
