Bols Kirsch is a clear liqueur made from fermented and distilled Schwarzwalder cherries. This has the lowest sugar content of any Bols liqueur. Bols has a long history of making cherry liqueurs and unusually add some malt wine, the flavoursome heart of their famous genevers.
