Bols Kirsch is a clear liqueur made from fermented and distilled Schwarzwalder cherries. This has the lowest sugar content of any Bols liqueur. Bols has a long history of making cherry liqueurs and unusually add some malt wine, the flavoursome heart of their famous genevers.

Appearance:
Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Almond, marzipan and ripe cherry fruit nose with milky chocolate.
Taste:
Almond and marzipan influence lead with ripe dark cherry close behind. Faint notes of chocolate and rose water.
Aftertaste:
Lingering cherry and dark almond chocolate.
