Bols Green Tea Liqueur is made using a complex, lengthy percolation of the best Matcha green tea leaves from Japan. Green tea is made from the leaves of the Camellia Sinensis plant and is very popular throughout Japan, China and Asia where it is frequently mixed with cognac or Scotch.

Appearance:
Clear, dark verdant green with yellow edges.
Aroma:
Pure, green tea nose.
Taste:
Unadulterated, green tea flavour, perhaps with a faint note of peppermint. Very slight syrupy but with balancing bitter tannins.
Aftertaste:
Pepperminty, very slightly tannic green tea.
