Review and Tasting

Sampled on 18/12/2012

Appearance:

Clear, plum-red with tones of mauve.

Aroma:

Delicate orange zest, orange flower and rose water. Touch of dish washing detergent (Fairy Liquid's quite a nice smell) and a hint of spice.

Taste:

Forward, zesty orange palate with subtle rose and vanilla.

Aftertaste:

Orange zest fading with a rooty, amaro-like finish.
