Clear, Methylated spirits purple/mauve.
Reminiscent of talcum powder and shoe polish (but not unpleasantly).
Icing sugar and candy floss with generic floral, old lady's toiletries, rather than convincing Parma Violets.
Fades with notes of icing sugar and talcum powder.
Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup has 85.6g of cane sugar per litre, or more scientifically 65.1°Brix.
Monin's Almond Syrup uses no artificial flavourings - only good quality almonds to capture a truly authentic flavour, and makes it to a precise sweetness
Made with concentrated lemon juice and other flavouring essences.
Designed to be reminiscent of Nestlé's Galak white chocolate. White chocolate is made from cocoa butter and does not contain cocoa solids, hence this
Monin Coconut Syrup is designed to add tropical coconut flavour to cocktails, milkshakes, coffees, hot chocolates and frappes.
