Produced by Cognac Ferrand at Chateau de Bonbonnet in Cognac, this white rum is based on a 3-year aged Trinidad rum which is carbon filtered to remove the heavier tannins and is yellow hue, blended with un-aged rums from Barbados and Jamaica, along with 12-year old Jamaican rum.

The name apparently references the three stars of Caribbean rum production - Barbados, Trinidad and Jamaica. Launched May 2012.
