Five of the botanicals which flavour this gin are very traditional (juniper berries, orris root, coriander seed, cardamom pod and sweet orange peel) while a sixth, hibiscus flower, adds contemporary floral flavours.

These six botanicals are infused in the spirit used to make Adnams Copper House vodka overnight before being re-distilled using a copper pot still.

Appearance:

Clear, transparent.

Aroma:

Clean, zesty nose with orange zest competing with piny juniper for attention.

Taste:

Honest, classic old-school juniper led London dry gin palate but with zingy orange zest sitting above candied ginger, lemon and sage.

Aftertaste:

Hibiscus flavours are more obvious in the long lavender, black pepper and pine finish.
