Appearance:
Clear, mid golden with bright gold highlights.
Aroma:
Lightly cinnamon spiced oak, cigar box and vanilla fudge with pear skin, apricot and green apple fruit.
Taste:
Very slightly sweet overripe pear and crème Anglaise balanced with lightly spiced oak and new leather.
Aftertaste:
Spiced new leather and walnuts with green grape skins.
