Released in May 2012, Chase used a first-fill American oak bourbon cask to age its potato-based vodka for several months and then bottled it at cask strength without chill filtration. A limited edition of 500 bottles.

Appearance:

(bottle No. 149 of 500) Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Vanilla fudge with butterscotch and spirity black pepper.

Taste:

(diluted to approx. 43%) Slightly sweet buttery toffee fudge with butterscotch and aggressive black peppery spirit.

Aftertaste:

Dry oak turns to salty caramel with black pepper tingle.
