Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Fudge and butterscotch with slight saltiness and vanilla.

Taste:

Soft mouth feel with toffee, salty caramel, vanilla and a mild black pepper bite.

Aftertaste:

Salty caramel and toffee with lingering cracked black pepper. Perhaps overly flavoursome but interesting all the same.
