Review and Tasting

Sampled on 21/07/2012

Appearance:

Clear, mid golden yellow. (Clouds with water.)

Aroma:

Soft, mellifluous vanilla custard, chamois leather and crème anglaise with toast and cracked black pepper.

Taste:

Initially sweet, surprisingly spicy after such a meek vanilla nose but beyond the thin ranks of ninja cinnamon spice you’ll find vanilla, fudge and coconut with light zesty citrus.

Aftertaste:

Creamy vanilla (think ice-creamy) and light peppery spice.
