Clear mid golden and lively persistent bubbles.

Initial yeasty burst of ripe brie cheese clears to reveal freshly toasted bread, tropical pineapple and peachy fruit with floral honeysuckle.

Gentle yet voluptuous mouth feel. Complex mid/bone dry with brazil nut, pineapple and lemon zest citrusy acidic bite. Flavours harmoniously married.

Dry mildly nutty biscuit with apple skin and lemon zest.
