Appearance:

Slightly hazy, amber yellow.

Aroma:

Stewed, slightly fermented pineapple with ever so faint clove.

Taste:

Stewed and dried pineapple with citric acid bite

Aftertaste:

Cloyingly sweet, pineapple boiled sweets with lingering citrus acidity. Be great in a Pisco Punch.
