Review and Tasting

Sampled on 07/08/2012

Appearance:

Clear, rust coloured with small persistent bubbles.

Aroma:

Soft berry fruit (strawberries and blackcurrants) with brioche and doughy pastry cherry tart.

Taste:

Berry fruits also strongly influence the palate with tart white grapefruit acidity.

Aftertaste:

Faint lingering minty note on a fruity finish with citrussy biscuit.
