Sampled on 08/08/2012

Appearance:

Clear, coppery red with burnished copper highlights.

Aroma:

Initial orange zest quickly turns more lime cordial, candied citrus with herbal sweet vermouth like aromas.

Taste:

Bittersweet stewed fruit, aromatic zesty orange bitters and sweet vermouth with fiery cinnamon spice.

Aftertaste:

More rooty, herbal and orange marmalade notes emerge in the slightly bitter finish.
