A blend of some forty crus dominated by a high proportion of Pinot Meunier (60%) to give an intense fruitiness. Mumm’s Demi-Sec sweetness comes from the addition of a 40g/l liqueur d’expédition. Designed to be served as an accompaniment for desserts and other sweet indulgences.

Appearance:

Clear, pale golden with a rose gold tint with persistent small bubbles.

Aroma:

Ripe strawberries in a punnet with zesty biscuit, white peach and tropical juice.

Taste:

Slightly sweet with demerara sugar, meringue and ripe honeydew melon, strawberry coulis and vanilla.

Aftertaste:

Sweet biscuit, lingering meringue, tinned strawberries and elderflower.
