Review and Tasting

Sampled on 06/09/2012

Appearance:

(bottled 06-Oct-10) Cloudy, pale sandy amber with huge retentive head and heavy lacing.

Aroma:

Pungent mandarin orange and pink grapefruit zest with ripe peach and faint grassiness. Somewhat thin.

Taste:

Zesty orange and not quite ripe apricot with spruce forest freshness.

Aftertaste:

Lingering zestyness but strangely slightly fat making a second bottle seem unappealing.
