Korn is to Germany what vodka is to Russia and this Doppelkorn developed with the Berlin based artist Theo Ligthart is made from three varieties of organically grown wheat grown in the sandy soil of the Brandenburg region. It is distilled at Germany’s Brennerei Sellendorf Distillery.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Clean and grainy with flinty minerality, faint anise and black pepper spirit spice.

Taste:

Very clean but showing grain character with faint anise and fennel, assertive black and red pepper spice.

Aftertaste:

Long lingering peppery spice with faint charcoal and anise.
