Released and named after their hit single ‘The General’ by the band The Rifles, this beer is made with Maris Otter Pale and Fine Wheat malt. It brewed by the Titanic Brewery under contract to the Signature Brew Co. who specialise in designing bespoke beers for bands to sell at live gigs and to fans.

Appearance:

Clear, pale golden with lasting, one finger thick, white head and moderate lacing.

Aroma:

Light bready malt with whiffs of sweet corn, hints of white cardboard box yeastiness.

Taste:

Fairly light and well balanced with moderate metallic piney hops.

Aftertaste:

Lingering steely pine hops.
