Review and Tasting

Sampled on 30/09/2012

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Pungent piney juniper, coriander, lavender and musky grilled almond-like angelica root.

Taste:

Slightly sweet with fresh berry and piney juniper, rooty angelica and sage. Seems to fall apart somewhat with dilution.

Aftertaste:

Burst of candied ginger, lemon and sage from the coriander with lingering pine and orange zest.
