Known as the 'Vermouth of Turin' and created in 1757, Cinzano Rosso is the original of the now many styles of Cinzano vermouth.

Cinzano Rosso is made from Italian red wine, alcohol and sugar, infused with a combination of 35 herbs and spices including marjoram, thyme, musk yarrow, nutmeg, coriander, juniper, orange peels, cloves and nutmeg. Its dark red colour is partly due to the addition of caramel.

Traditionally served over ice, Cinzano Rosso is also served with apple juice and cinnamon.
