Review and Tasting

Sampled on 02/10/2012

Appearance:

Dark copper amber.

Aroma:

Obviously sherried with roasted almond, burnt sultanas and blackened fruitcake.

Taste:

This light lowland sherry loves a wine cask and in this example sherry notes bring forth burnt fruitcake, dark chocolate and breakfast tea-like flavours and tannins.

Aftertaste:

Tobacco, old leather and delicate cinnamon spice.
