Review and Tasting

Sampled on 04/11/2012

Appearance

Clear, maroon red.

Aroma

Fresh thyme, dried lavender and freshly picked raspberries.

Taste

Delivers much of what the nose promises but with the raspberry leading the spices. Raspberry turns toward boiled sweets rather than fresh fruit.

Aftertaste

Raspberry, lavender and thyme infused sugar.
