Appearance:
Slight haze, pale straw milky yellow.
Aroma:
Pungent, marzipan, pistachio and candyfloss with soft soapy floral aroma.
Taste:
Floral and delicate with diluted Battenberg cake, lacks bitter almond bite.
Aftertaste:
Light and floral with icing sugar and Battenberg cake.
