Review and Tasting

Sampled on 12/11/2012

Appearance:

Clear, golden yellow.

Aroma:

Burnt biscuits, mocha coffee, burnt butter, vanilla and caramel.

Taste:

Liquid, sweetened tiramisu – think egg yolks, mascarpone cheese and cocoa.

Aftertaste:

Long chocolaty tiramisu. As flavoured sugar syrups go this is a perfect rendition.
