Appearance:
Cloudy coppery amber with one finger thick ivory-coloured head and moderate lacing.
Aroma:
Blackcurrant boiled sweets, caramel, orange zest and pine needles.
Taste:
This American styled IPA is on the bitter side, slightly aggressively so but with equally powerful malty note. Grapefruit zest and dark fruit sweetness.
Aftertaste:
Lingering pine bitterness.
