Review and Tasting

Sampled on 08/12/2012

Appearance:

(Second Batch, Bottle No. 599 of 2000) Clear, cherry red.

Aroma:

Ripe raspberries and black pepper with faint vanilla and cassis blackcurrant skin element.

Taste:

Dry, in fact slightly tart, yet ripe raspberry, cherries in kirsch and aggressive black pepper alcohol bite.

Aftertaste:

Red berry fruit – raspberries and plums, black pepper spice and cream-of-soda vanilla. The antidote to sweetened and essence flavoured vodka.
