Designed to be reminiscent of Nestlé's Galak white chocolate. White chocolate is made from cocoa butter and does not contain cocoa solids, hence this syrup has a buttery flavour.

Review and Tasting

Sampled on 18/12/2012

Appearance:

Clear, very pale straw.

Aroma:

Pungent creamy dairy white chocolate with biscuit notes and very faint overripe banana.

Taste:

Muted creamy white chocolate with cashew nuts shells and cream-of-soda-vanilla.

Aftertaste:

Long lingering white chocolate finish – think Milky Bar kid.
