A blond ale brewed to commemorate ‘Bishop Bill’ William John Westwood’s retirement as Bishop of Peterborough (1984-1996).

(best before 26-July-13) Clear, bright golden amber with thin but lasting white head and light lacing.
Baguette crust and grapefruit citrus with grassy hops.
Thin body, dry and citrusy with crisp hop bite and subtle fruitiness.
Pilsner-like finish with lingering grassiness.
