Appearance:

Golden amber.

Aroma:

Bursting with fresh and dried fruit - prunes, apple and pear with quinine and honey. Delicate orchard blossom.

Taste:

Fruity but dry with woody tannins and cracked black pepper. Well balanced but lacks excitement.

Aftertaste:

Cracked black pepper and spice with lingering pear.
