Appearance:

Clear, light bright golden.

Aroma:

Aromatic and floral with honeysuckle, creamy caramel, toast, cinnamon and quince.

Taste:

Very fruity – apples and pears with crème brûlée, macadamia nut, rum and raison and buttery spicy new oak. Faint dark chocolate and liquorice note.

Aftertaste:

Lingering buttery fruit and black pepper spice.
