Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Just out the oven and slightly burnt chocolate sponge cake and roasting coffee beans.

Taste:

Slightly sweet, dark chocolate bourbon biscuit and mocha coffee. The level of added sugar is just enough to amplify the flavours and take the edge of the peppery spirit.

Aftertaste:

Toasty, mocha coffee finish. Espresso Martini anyone?
