Clear, pale golden amber.

Aroma:

Cooked lime, lime cordial and lime zest with white flowers.

Taste:

Sweet and sour with sweetened cooked lime and pronounced citric acidity.

Aftertaste:

Peach and lime cordial with light citric acidity.
