Distilled in a German made pot still, the bottle features a young, radiant Queen Victoria. Based on Canadian corn neutral spirit with ten botanicals: juniper, coriander, angelica, orris root, lemon peel, orange peel, star anise, cinnamon bark, rose petals and an undisclosed secret ingredient.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Vanilla, fried donuts and delicate blossom with anise, angelica and coriander.

Taste:

Slightly sweet and generously spiced pancake mix with rose and vanilla.

Aftertaste:

Aggressively spiced finish with vanilla fudge. Very far from a traditionally styled gin.
