Brewed using lager yeast, malted barley and a small amount of wheat with Amarillo, Perle and East Kent Golding hops. Coriander and cane sugar is also added.

Appearance:

Cloudy, sand coloured light amber.

Aroma:

Yeasty white bread and white bread crust with faint white pepper and coriander.

Taste:

Earthy yeasty sourness (in a pleasing way) over white crusty bread malt with very light hop notes.

Aftertaste:

Lingering earthy white crusty bread.
