Review and Tasting

Sampled on 14/07/2013

Appearance:

Clear, very pale straw golden yellow.

Aroma:

Cooked orange zest, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Taste:

Initially sweet and citrus zesty. Cinnamon and nutmeg spice quickly emerge to dry the palate and add depth of flavour.

Aftertaste:

Lingering black pepper and cinnamon spice with tart lemon zest. Basically a spiced citrus liqueur.
