Review and Tasting

Sampled on 14/07/2013

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Apple pie filling, green apple skin and shortcrust pastry. Water amplifies the green apple skin aromas.

Taste:

Sweet, cooked apple and hot cinnamon spice. Water makes even sweeter and greener. The pastry notes are nowhere to be found.

Aftertaste:

Spicy fresh green apple skin. It’s all about the apple.
