Appearance:

Clear, ale golden with small bubbles.

Aroma:

Mild ginger root and lemon balm.

Taste:

Weak carbonation and very mild in ginger flavour but superbly clean with good sugar balance.

Aftertaste:

Weak finish with notes of cooked lime and dark sugar.
