Construction finished at The Traverse City Whiskey Co. early in 2013 and while their own stocks build and age they have plugged the gap by sourcing whiskey befitting their planned taste profile from another undisclosed distiller in the Midwest.

Appearance:
Clear, coppery golden amber.
Aroma:
Grilled sweetcorn, toasted rye, vanilla and peach skin with delicate nutmeg and cinnamon spice.
Taste:
Leathery, buttery vanilla and spicy rye with caramel, cinnamon and spicy oak. Fabulous cherry, creamy coffee and chocolate garnish.
Aftertaste:
Creamy mocha coffee and spicy rye with faint lingering slightly metallic (in a good way) notes and very faint maraschino cherry.
