Clear, deep burnished copper amber with gold flecks.
Nutmeg and cinnamon spice with linseed oil, brazil nut, dark chocolate and bramley apple pie. Faint smokiness.
Spicy, lightly smoky earthy peat, dark chocolate, black cherries, toffee, bitter orange zest and black olive notes. Drink water between sips rather than adding water which seems to magnify the smoke and drown subtle honey notes.
Flavours on the long finish swing from sweet to dry and back to sweet as honey flips to smoke and back.
