This ‘grower’s champagne’ (meaning that Laurenti only use fruit grown on their own estate) is a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir, matured 12 years including 12 to 18 months aging in 228 litre oak barrels. It contains less than 10 grams of sugar per litre.

Appearance:

Clear, straw golden with vigorous bubbles.

Aroma:

Brioche, Bramley apple, apple pie, pastry and toasted almond.

Taste:

Full bodied and rich with buttery oak, vanilla and apple pie. Appealing faint smokiness.

Aftertaste:

Toasty, baked Bramley apple finish with sweet cinnamon.
