Review and Tasting

Sampled on 26/10/2013

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Pungent piny juniper and spice. Musky, woody/rooty aromas with grapefruit and generous cassia cinnamon spice.

Taste:

A very spicy gin with cassia providing forward hot cinnamon spice which overpowers the juniper.

Aftertaste:

The spice continues and lingers.
