Aged: No age statement
Papadiablo Especial is distilled using a copper still over a log wood fire in Miahuatlan, a relatively tropical region of the highlands, by master distiller Don Bet using three wild agave: Madrecuishe, Bicuishe and Mexicana with some Espadin to create his 'Especial'.
Meaning pope and devil, an arrow dissects the label indicating the battle between good and evil.

Pungent vegetal and wet cement agave, salty.
Slight sweetness, very gently salty with rich vegetal agave and sweet peaty notes. Fabulously complex.
Earthy vegetal and flinty minerality.
